Step 1: Find Your Past Float Plan

Once you're signed in, head to your Float Plan list. You'll see a list of your saved float plans, including departure dates and vessel names.

Browse your list or use the search bar to quickly find the plan you'd like to reuse.

Step 2: Click "Duplicate"

Next to each float plan is a "Duplicate" button.

Click it, and Sailors Planner will instantly create a copy, including: Departure and destination info.

Step 3: Edit What You Need

Once your plan is duplicated, update any new details like:

• Date and time of departure
• Changes in crew or contact info
• Adjustments to route or stops
• New safety notes or checklist items

Save the updated float plan, and you're done ...ready to share it with your crew and shoreside contacts.
